Body & Brain Yoga
You don't need to be flexible to start — you just need to breathe. Gentle, flowing movements build energy awareness from the inside out. Most people feel different after one class.
Dahn Yoga
A Korean yoga tradition you won't find at your neighborhood studio. Meridian stretching opens pathways Western fitness ignores, while core work and energy circulation leave you grounded and alert.
Brain Education Meditation
When was the last time your mind was actually quiet? Brain Education meditation trains your attention the way a gym trains your muscles — until focus feels natural and stress stops running the show.
Tai Chi / Ki Gong

Energy Breathing
