Health Club Policy

CGI Holistic Fitness & Spa operates under New Jersey health club regulations. The following policies govern use of our facilities and services.
New Jersey Health Club Act
In accordance with the New Jersey Health Club Act (N.J.S.A. 56:8-39 et seq.), CGI Holistic Fitness & Spa provides the following disclosures:
- You have the right to cancel your membership contract within three business days of signing
- If our facility closes or services are materially changed, you may be entitled to a prorated refund
- Membership contracts extending beyond one year may have specific statutory protections
Facility Rules
- Members must present their membership card or check in via the WellnessLiving app for each visit
- Proper athletic footwear required on the gym floor
- Shower before using the pool or sauna facilities
- Respectful conduct toward staff and fellow members is required at all times
- Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian
- Photography of other members or staff is prohibited without consent
Booking & Cancellation
